Cornelius manufactures two configurations of the IDC Pro. Please review below and determine the correct configuration for your installation.
A drip tray will be utilized when the account is not utilizing an in counter trough. You will attach the supplied cold plate drain boots to the cold plate drains and align with the drip tray. You will connect the supplied drain tube to the rear of the drip tray and route to the floor drains.
NOTE: you can place a IDC Pro with a drip tray on legs or directly on the counter.
An IDC Pro without a drip tray is known as a “Z-style” IDC Pro and is used when a drip tray is not needed. The lip at the bottom of the “Z-Style” splash panel will drop into the in counter trough that is recessed into the counter. This ensures that any product that splashes onto the splash panel drips into the trough. You will connect the supplied drain tubing from the cold plate drains and route to the floor drains.
NOTE: you can not use legs with a “Z-Style” IDC Pro.
