Non-Responsive Screen

If the touch screen will not respond to touch, follow these steps.

First, locate the reset button on the back of the screen. Press and hold the button for 5-7 seconds until the screen turns black. At this point power-cycle the IDC Pro by unplugging and then plugging it back in.
