The Viper is supplied with 75 psig CO2. This pressure is routed to secondary regulators located behind the splash panel. The regulators are used to adjust the amount of product overrun (expansion) for each of the individual barrels. The factory setting is 36 psig. CO2 settings can be adjusted depending on the overrun you are trying to obtain and syrup being used. It is not recommended to exceed 42 psig to any barrel.
