Barrel Status
The barrel status screen displays the current time and date as well as the status of the barrel viscosity and the status of the barrel(s).In the barrel status screen, you can turn the freeze barrels on or off, you can put the Viper into a 4 minute manual defrost, and you can spin the beater bar and scrapper blades without activating the refrigeration. Use the arrows to move up or down to select different barrels and select ON, OFF, DEF, or SPIN. Pressing the MENU button in the lower left corner will display the option to select three menu categories, Main, Setup, and Maint.
