Heat Exchanger

The Refrigerant Heat Exchanger built into the Viper has a section of the high and low side system tubing brazed together. It is intended to transfer heat between liquid refrigerant leaving the condenser on the high pressure side of the system and refrigerant vapor leaving the evaporator on the low pressure side of the system. This insures liquid refrigerant does not return back to the compressor.
