The voltage operating limits for the Viper are 200VAC (low) to 260VAC (high). If the incoming line voltage is outside of this range for more than 2 minutes, the Viper will shut down. Check for the following:
1. Voltage or Phase at the wall receptacle
2. Voltage out of the BNB
3.BNB miss-wired
4. Faulty wiring – 3 phase to single phase (hot leg)
5. Loose wire connection(s) at receptacle, BNB or Viper.
