CO2 Out Message

When the CO2 pressure in the unit drops to or below 55 psi, the CO2 sold out switch opens and the Viper displays CO2 Out message. Check for the following items:

1. Low incoming pressure or no pressure – must be at 75psi

2. Line size from regulator to unit needs to be 3/8” ID

3. Faulty regulator or not a dedicated regulator

4. Improperly plumbed, kinked line or extreme line length

5. Faulty CO2 sold out switch, faulty IO board.
